Yes, the Grand Canyon is on the deck for this summer trip. Gas at 4 dollars a gallon is going to make it an expensive trip. We hope to see family and friends and then after the fun drop Gunnar off at school with all his new belongings. Where is the best cheapest place to stay around there? Let me know thanks

We stayed in cabins on the Colorado side, it was fun, they were small but they worked!
That sounds very fun. We will be in hot deserts this summer too, but without the beautiful vistas.
So visiting a certain sister/aunt this summer?
