I think I'm going to start a fund for the beautification of America. Everyone has the right to a nice rack. President Obama needs to fund this fund by the way. A few billion should do it and everyone, not blessed by hereditary, can now have what everyone plus their husbands deserve.

Yea why not - but wait first you have to find out if you are a minority or maybe just a special group like our Secretary of the Treasury!
