I have attended these and it is mostly a guess fest and the person with the best guesses wins. Good job Zeke.BTW the cheese fudge recipe I posted turned out dryer and more crumbly then the one in Wisconsin...I will try more cheese next time. Lots of variations on the recipe I posted all over the net.
