Amanda and I are attending a GT symposium here is Austin and for dinner last night was a Spam feast. Spam enchiladas, lasagna, spanish rice and loads of salad and salsa. I commented to one of the planners that even if the presenters were awful, which they are not, I would come next year for the fabulous food alone. They served sandwiches and salads for lunch and a big breakfast to boot. Very full on good food.
