Food Glorious Food many many choices

 This is Margo at an Italian restaurant in Little Italy, it was so authentic(according to those in the group who had been to Italy).  I managed to leave my camera here, but the next day when I realized it the bus drivers dropped everyone at China Town and took me back to the North End to retrieve it.  Great bus drivers if you need a tour bus hire Reading Bus Company in Reading MN.

   The Hard Rock Cafe, I had a salad(chaperon shot).  This was our first stop in Boston and it took 2 GPS and many kids connected to the internet with their cells to find it.  Our last meal was at the Old County Buffet and they only had seating in groups of four.  The last few kids had to sit with adults and I called out to Selena that I had seen her roll her eyes at the thought.  She swore she didn't and then she and Danni said they wanted to sit with me, I guess I am the best!!!!!!   This was a terrific set of kids and a wonderful experience.  I want to go again.

For my mother.  The tour was fun and yet very cold.  It was about 20 degrees with the wind chill.  We walked over 3 miles in three hours and listened to the best stories.  In the commons they had hangings and then just buried the people everywhere.  Everyday people walk over thousands of unmarked graves.  The shots of the graves above are from a bit up the road.  3 signers of the Constitution are buried here.  This is worth doing.

Boston Harbor Dinner Cruise

The cruise was about three hours long, a three hour tour.  The wind was fierce and the waves would rock the boat.  Gunnar did great and didn't fee sick at all, of course the boat was full of pretty girls so that was helping.  Dinner was baked Ziti and one of the chaperone's got a kick out of that.  The kids had a dance upstairs and everything went great.  I didn't have to parole the halls that night so I dropped off as soon as my head hit the pillow.

   Kristi and Cordy met me there and we went to lunch at a Japanese restaurant, I really liked the food.  Cordy had just been part of a Japan fund raiser the night before.  She is a good eater, it was great to see them and to talk with Kristi.  Thanks guys for coming to see me.  The drive for them was about the length of time we spent together.  Thanks.  I missed Paige by a day, I'm sure shes having fun with the Diethers.

  Inside the dining hall, part of it anyway.  This also has a memorial to the Harvard students who died in the Civil War.  It was a fun day and a great tour.

Our second day in Boston - Choir Clinic at Tufts University

  The kids went to Tufts and sang with a choir professor.  He helped them with their phrasing and vowels.  I took a nap in the balcony on the floor, and my phone was the only one to ring during it is now on vibrate only.

  From the building looking out, we had a 360 view as we walked around the windows.  The view was amazing and as the lights came on it got even better.
